I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the Department of CSE, Pennsylvania State University. Currently, I am working as a Graduate Research Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Paul Medvedev. My research interest lies in Computational Biology. In particular, I am working on learned data structure for bioinformatics problems. You can find my updated CV here.
Besides academia, I love traveling, playing board games and football (soccer). I am a huge Manchester United Football Club fan.
Currently I am working as a graduate research assistant in Pennsylvania State University. My works mainly focus on learned data structures for bioinformatics problems.
I have taken recitations (lectures) throughtout the semesters. Moreover, I have helped with the course questions and grading.
I took muliple courses and labs. I also worked as an advisor for multiple students. Additinally, I Was involved with student progamming development programs.
In my little time here, I worked on developing websites.
